After four years at Deloitte in San Francisco, she joined the faculty at Kaplan University, teaching accounting and tax courses. She also began a private practice specializing in providing tax and accounting services for small businesses and their owners.
Iryna is committed to building a one-on-one relationship with clients, providing the attention, commitment and expertise they deserve.
She is a member of AICPA and the California Society of CPAs.
Kosty Oreshkov is a tax partner at Iryna Accountancy Corporation and is in our office on a year-round basis to help assist clients with tax and financial matters. As an Enrolled Agent (EA), he can represent taxpayers before the IRS, prepare tax returns, and assist with tax planning.
He has two Masters degrees in Applied Mathematics and Computer Information Systems.
