Iryna Oreshkova, CPA, holds an MBA degree in Accounting and Finance.
After four years at Deloitte in San Francisco, she joined the faculty at Kaplan University, teaching accounting and tax courses. She also began a private practice
specializing in providing tax and accounting services for small businesses and their owners.
Iryna is committed to building a one-on-one relationship with clients, providing the attention, commitment and expertise they deserve.
She is a member of AICPA and the California Society of CPAs.
Anya Vishnyakova
Anya Vishnyakova holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting.
Anya provides accounting and finance solutions to both private and corporate clients. Prior to joining Iryna AC, Anya was working for Alvarez & Marsal, LLP, in San Francisco,
where she provided financial and accounting due diligence and transaction advisory services for private equity and corporate acquirers. Before that, Anya was with the
Assurance and Advisory Services practice of KPMG, LLP, in San Francisco, providing assurance for multiple SEC registrants as well as aiding clients in achieving Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
