About The Firm

Iryna Accountancy Corporation is a full-service CPA firm located in Oakland, California. We offer a variety of services, ranging from tax preparation to payroll to financial statement preparation.

The firm focuses extensive efforts on and has significant experience in servicing clients in the real estate industry, closely held businesses, medical practices and manufacturing.

Our extensive experience in these areas means we can offer advice on far more than basic accounting issues, in areas such as strategic business planning, business valuation and profit improvement.

Iryna Oreshkova, MBA, CPA

Iryna Oreshkova, CPA, holds an MBA degree in Accounting and Finance.

After four years at Deloitte in San Francisco, she joined the faculty at Kaplan University, teaching accounting and tax courses. She also began a private practice specializing in providing tax and accounting services for small businesses and their owners.

Iryna is committed to building a one-on-one relationship with clients, providing the attention, commitment and expertise they deserve.

She is a member of AICPA and the California Society of CPAs.

Anya Vishnyakova

Anya Vishnyakova holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting.

Anya provides accounting and finance solutions to both private and corporate clients. Prior to joining Iryna AC, Anya was with the Transaction Advisory Services practice of Alvarez & Marsal, LLP, in San Francisco, where she primarily provided financial and accounting due diligence and transaction advisory services for private equity and corporate acquirers. Before joining Alvarez & Marsal, LLP, Anya was with the Assurance and Advisory Services practice of KPMG, LLP, in San Francisco, where she specialized in providing assurance for multiple SEC registrants as well as aiding clients in achieving Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
